4. Legal Basis and Consent
LazaroLink collects personal information only with consent, or as otherwise permitted under PIPEDA. Clients who subscribe to LazaroLink's services provide implied consent for the processing described in this Policy through their acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
LazaroLink complies with CASL in all commercial electronic messages sent on behalf of itself and its clients. We require clients to ensure that any contact lists uploaded to the Platform contain only individuals who have provided express or implied consent to receive commercial messages as defined under CASL.
Clients are solely responsible for the lawfulness of their contact lists and messaging practices. LazaroLink is not liable for CASL violations resulting from client-provided data.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
LazaroLink does not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers solely to deliver our services, including:
• GoHighLevel Inc. (CRM platform infrastructure and subaccount hosting).
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for billing and subscription management.
• Email and SMS delivery providers for automation services.
• Analytics tools used to improve platform performance.
• All third-party providers are required to maintain appropriate data security standards.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Upon cancellation of services, client account data is retained for 90 days, after which it is securely deleted unless a written data export request is received within that period.
8. Data Security
LazaroLink implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure credential management.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

LazaroLink operates primarily in Canada. Some third-party service providers, including GoHighLevel, may process data on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside Canada, and consent to such transfers where necessary to provide the services.

LazaroLink's services are intended for business clients and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
