1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, registering for, or purchasing any product or service offered by LazaroLink Consulting Corp ("LazaroLink," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your access to and use of LazaroLink's white-label CRM platform, AI-powered marketing tools, automation services, and any related software or services (collectively, the"Platform").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. LazaroLink reserves the rightto update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Provided
LazaroLink provides AI-driven marketing and automation solutions to local home service and contracting businesses, including but not limited to: CRM access, reputation management, missed-call text-back automation, AI lead nurture sequences, automated appointment booking, AI voice agents, custom landing funnels, and managed advertising services.
The specific services available to you are determined by the subscription tier you select at checkout. Service details are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
LazaroLink services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize LazaroLink to charge your payment method on file automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
• Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month from the date of your first payment.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. No action is required to continue service.
• You will receive a receipt by email following each successful charge.
• LazaroLink reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to the email address on file.
• All fees are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Platform through the last day of your paid period.
LazaroLink does not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Once a billing cycle has commenced, that month's subscription fee is non-refundable except in cases of documented service failure attributable solely to LazaroLink.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. LazaroLink does not offer refunds on subscription fees paid, except in the following circumstances:
• A documented technical failure that rendered the Platform entirely inaccessible for more than 72
consecutive hours, caused solely by LazaroLink's infrastructure.
• A billing error resulting in a duplicate or unauthorized charge.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the charge in question to [email protected] and are subject to review.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not
use the Platform to:
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive messages in violation of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
• Collect, store, or process personal information in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any component of the Platform.
• Access or attempt to access accounts or systems belonging to other clients.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
All technology, workflows, templates, AI configurations, funnel designs, and training materials provided by LazaroLink are the exclusive intellectual property of LazaroLink Consulting Corp. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Content you upload or create using the Platform (including your business contacts, reviews, and ad creative) remains your property. You grant LazaroLink a limited license to use that content solely to provide the services described herein.
8. Data and Privacy
LazaroLink collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload to the Platform has been collected in compliance with applicable law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and CASL.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Ontario law, LazaroLink's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to LazaroLink in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. LazaroLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. LazaroLink does not guarantee specific results from the use of its services, including lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LazaroLink does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Prior to commencing any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through written notice and a 30-day negotiation period.
